The Suno Assistant is a specialized AI agent found in the Sunofy tab. It is designed to help you bridge the gap between your lyrics and high-quality AI music generation.
Global Style Optimization
The primary goal of the Sunofy tab is to create a "Global Style" string that describes your song to Suno.
- Open the Sunofy tab for any variant.
- Use the Suno Assistant panel to describe the sound you want (e.g., "Make this sound like a high-energy pop-punk anthem from 2004").
- The Assistant will suggest specific Genre, Mood, Vocal, and Production tags.
- Review the suggestions and click Apply to update your Global Style.
Section-Level Tags
In addition to the global style, you can tag individual sections (Verse, Chorus, etc.) to guide the energy of the generation.
- Ad-libs: Ask the Assistant to "Suggest ad-libs for the bridge" to add background vocals or emphasis.
- Style Shifts: You can use tags like
[Heavy Drums]or[Acoustic Outro]on specific sections to create dynamic changes.
Automatic tag fixing
If you enter custom tags, the Suno Assistant can automatically fix common issues:
- Simplifying: Removing redundant or conflicting tags.
- Formatting: Ensuring tags follow the
[Brackets]format required by generation tools.
Cost and Plan Access
- Credit cost: Each optimization turn with the Suno Assistant costs 3 credits.
- Plan required: This feature requires a Pro or Studio plan.
TipUse the "Surprise me" button when creating a new variant to let the AI suggest a completely unexpected musical direction for your lyrics.
