Organizing your Project List

Edited 2026-04-09

As your creative workspace grows, Heho provides tools to keep your projects organized and easy to navigate across all devices.

Personalizing your project cards

You can visually distinguish your projects to find them at a glance.

  1. On the Projects page, find the small color dot or square on any project card.
  2. Click or tap to open the Color Picker.
  3. Choose a color (e.g., Purple for hip hop, Green for folk) to tint the entire project card.

Favorites and sorting

Keep your most important work at the top of your list.

  1. Click the Star icon on any project to mark it as a favorite.
  2. Favorites are automatically pinned to the top of your list.
  3. Use the Sort dropdown to organize projects by Last Modified, Name, or Created Date.

The star icon allows you to pin projects to the top of your list

Deep-links to variants

You don't have to open the project to see your progress.

  1. Each project card shows a set of Three-dot stage indicators.
  2. These dots show your progress (Lyrics, Suno, or Publish).
  3. Click a variant dot to jump directly into that specific variant and its last-active tab.

Floating lyrics preview (Web only)

On the web version of Heho, you can peek inside a project without opening it.

  1. Hover over any project card in the grid.
  2. A floating lyrics popover will appear, showing the first several lines of the primary variant.
Note

Floating lyrics previews are a web-only visual feature and are not available on the mobile app.
