If an AI action does not start or complete, the issue is usually one of a few predictable cases.
Check plan access first
Some actions are limited to paid plans. If you are on Free, an action may be blocked even when your balance is not zero.
Check your remaining credits
If the action costs more credits than your current remaining balance, it can be rejected before execution starts.
Check whether the action is still running
Some Heho actions run as async jobs. If the UI shows a running indicator, wait for the job to finish before retrying repeatedly.
Try again only when the failure is clear
Retrying blindly can create confusion. Prefer this order:
- Confirm the plan allows the action.
- Confirm your balance is high enough.
- Check whether the action is still in progress.
- Retry once if the original action clearly failed.
When to contact support
Contact support if:
- the same action fails repeatedly on the same content
- the job appears stuck for an unusual amount of time
- credits appear incorrect after a failed action
