Heho doesn't just write generic lyrics; it adapts its output based on your specific Writing Style preferences. You can configure these in the Writing Style Panel at the top of the editor.
Tone and Register
You can set the overall personality of the AI's suggestions:
- Tone: Choose from options like raw, uplifting, intimate, or hype to set the emotional energy.
- Register: Control the complexity of the language, from street and casual to literary and poetic.
Constraint Presets
The Constraint Panel allows you to set the rules the AI must follow when suggesting new lines. You can choose from four presets:
- Strict: The AI must match the existing meter and rhyme pattern exactly.
- Loose: The AI has more freedom to explore new ideas that fit the general vibe.
- Creative: Prioritizes fresh concepts over technical matching.
- Fix Meter: Specifically focuses on repairing the syllable count of your lines.
Language and Style Notes
- Language: Heho supports several languages. You can set it to auto or select a specific language for all AI interactions.
- Style Notes: Use the freeform "About this song" field to give the AI more context. For example: "Write in the style of 90s grunge" or "Use Introspective metaphors about nature."
How it works
When you save these settings, they are automatically injected into every prompt the AI sees.
- Lyrics Agent chat will follow your tone.
- Rewrite and Add-lines will respect your constraint presets.
- Word Explorer will use your language and style notes for context.
NoteWriting style is currently stored locally in your browser's storage for that specific project. It will not automatically sync if you switch to a different computer, but it will persist on that device.
