Edited 2026-04-09

If you have an existing music track and want to write lyrics that fit its structure exactly, Heho's Audio Structure Analysis is the perfect tool.

Starting an analysis

You can trigger an analysis from the Load Structure panel in the editor.

  1. Open a new or existing project.
  2. In the sidebar or a prompt, choose Load Structure from Audio.
  3. Upload your audio file (MP3, WAV, etc.).
  4. Click Analyze.

What Heho detects

The AI will process the audio to extract three key pieces of information:

  • BPM (Tempo): The speed of the track in beats per minute.
  • Musical Key: The harmonic foundation of the song.
  • Section Structure: Heho will identify and label the Intro, Verses, Chorus, and Bridge based on the audio's patterns and energy.

Loading the results

Once the analysis is complete, Heho will offer to update your project with the detected structure.

  1. Review the detected sections in the preview.
  2. Click Load into project.
  3. Your editor will now be populated with the correct section labels and empty lines for you to fill.

Cost and Plan access

  • Credit cost: Each audio analysis costs 5 credits.
  • Plan required: This feature is exclusive to the Pro and Studio plans.
Tip

After loading the structure, use the Lyrics Agent to help you write the first draft for each section. The agent will be aware of the musical context established by the audio analysis.
